Rishika Das Roy is the Global Portfolio Lead of the Urban Planning and Policy Portfolio at Oxford Policy Management. She has 12 years of experience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of programmes ranging from Climate Change Policy, Urban Resilience to climate adaptation and climate mainstreaming. She is currently part of the team that’s setting up India’s first Urban Living Lab in Goa to scale ‘smart solutions’ and also part of the Resilient Waters Programme in Southern Africa where she is looking at mainstreaming climate change concerns into urban sanitation By training she has a MSc in Environment and International Development from the London School of Economics.
