Sanjoo is a nation branding evangelist and a Culinary diplomat based in Stockholm, promoting India in Sweden through India Unlimited’s Namaste Stockholm culture festivals and promoting Indian Food Culture and Sustainability through Tasting India Symposium. Sanjoo is currently engaged with WWF’s Global Food Practice to promote sustainable consumption and diets through global UN meetings on Climate, Bio-diversity and Land use. He is also curating a series of Sustainable dinners called Eat4Change dinners at UN meetings to “walk the talk” started at COP-26 in Glasgow, Stockholm+50, COP-27 in Sharm El Sheikh and UNCBD COP at Montreal. Sanjoo’s interest in food sustainability started when he was selected as a Quality Hunter for Finnair, a global social media project, where he blogged from 10 cities around the world on food sustainability and culture. This led him to also organize Meat Free Monday cooking classes and Sustainable Secret Dinners that became hugely popular in Stockholm.
