Shaon Sen is the  Additional Secretary of Department Of Labour, Govt. Of West Bengal. Presently, She is in charge of three Directorates: Employment, Factories & Boilers. Inspite of such serious assignments, Shaon happened to be a Radio Jockey in AIR, before She became a Bureaucrat of this phenomenal stature.She has devoted her career to improving society, especially for those who are disenfranchised. She has also received several awards  for Women Empowerment & promotion of entrpreneurship.
